Orasys Consultants helped Teradyne for the implementation of Oracle HCM. The principal of Orasys, Played a major role in requirement analysis, design and data conversion. Teradyne was facing de-support of its current PeopleSoft HCM system. Teradyne had the option of upgrading to PeopleSoft?s latest release or standardizing its corporate application platform with Oracle HCM. After an initial scoping engagement, Teradyne proceeded with Oracle Human Resources (Global), Payroll, Advanced Benefits, Time & Labor, and Self Service.
The timeframe for this implementation was under very tight deadlines with an 8 month window for the implementation. The global roll out for Oracle HR included the following countries.
