Management Team

Kushi Reddy – CEO/CFO

Kushi Reddy is co-founder, CEO and CFO of Orasys. She is the key person responsible for strategic planning, business development, company finances and internal management. Kushi holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and brings over fifteen years of industry experience to Orasys. In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, she shepherds all business proposals and growth initiatives at Orasys while managing contract renewals. She ensures legal and governmental compliance across all aspects of Orasys, as well as maintains local, state and government tax adherence in all aspects of Orasys’ functions. Kushi is also responsible for protecting client and employees rights and manages employees’ benefits and payroll.

Madhu P. Reddy – President/COO

As co-founder and COO of Orasys, Madhu P. Reddy brings twenty years of Oracle HCM/ERP experience. He has been integrally involved in multiple full cycle project implementations, including analysis, solution design, build and execution. He played a key role in the implementation of some of the largest HCM installs in the United States and Canada, for bellwether corporations such as Fidelity Investments, PPG Industries, A&P Grocery Chain, Avis and Budget Group, Level 3 Communications, and many more. Madhu’s extensive experience and expertise of OracleHCM and PeopleSoft allows Orasys to work hand-in-hand with clients to find perfect solutions for any and all issues, existing and new. Madhu was also co-founder of KBACE Technologies prior to co-founding Orasys in 2007. Madhu holds a Masters in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and a Bachelors of Science from Osmania University.
